Ray has been a Realtor since 2004 and enjoys working with sellers, buyers, and investors. Trust, integrity, and honesty are his commitment to his clients. Ray’s negotiation, communication, and marketing skills help with closing successful, satisfied transactions. He is an active member in the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Ray works primarily in the San Diego marketplace, but also specializes in Palm Springs and Orange County. His first career began as a Hospice social worker, and he carries over those skills to help educate, encourage, and help clients make the best decision in their real estate goals. Ray is a native of Southern California, but is grateful to call San Diego his home now for over 15 years. He obtained his Master’s degree at California State University at Long Beach.
